The firm was began by Bill O'Neil and Gayle Rae in 1991. Originally a boiler repair and steel fabrication firm, ISB has grown through the years to provide numerous quality services for the boiler room and beyond. Our plant is a 35,000 square foot facility with a 10 ton overhead crane for handling the huge and heavy items.
