Could not ask for better. Had to resechedule at last moment, and was not a problem. Robert showed in time, did a quick system evaluation and answer all my questions. Found some problems, and explained all my options. He took the time to troubleshoot what was only a grille vent noise, supplied an extra ignition element for emergencies (yes, he took the time to explain how to replace it) ALL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
